- Replacements for incorrect or missing items
- Refunds if the issue cannot be resolved
Refunds may be issued only if:
- The order is incorrect
- Items are missing
- Food quality is not acceptable (evidence required)
- The wrong location fulfilled the order
Refunds are not provided if:
- The customer changed their mind
- Items were consumed completely
- Delays caused by Uber Eats or DoorDash
